Place of Birth: Marapyane, formerly skilpadfontein situated about 65 km NE of Pretoria in the area of Moretele.

  • Promoted to the Deputy Principal of Ekangala Comprehensive High (2006-2011).

Political History
  • Participated in Student Politics and uprising at the North West University under the banner of SASCO led SRC.
  • Elected the Vice-President of the Science Council of North -West University (1995-96).
  • Actively took part in the University Class Boycott and resistance against the then Bophuthatswana Government.
  • On return from Tertiary Studies, took active membership of the ANC.
  • Became Mahlabane BEC Member in 2001, Deputy Chairperson of the Branch in 2003 and 2004 and Branch Chairperson from 2005 to date.
